Included per bathroom:
• Flooring tiles up to ₹40/sqft
• Wall tiles up to ₹40/sqft
• Sanitary: WC/Commode, Wash Basin, Health Faucet
• CP Fittings: Basin Tap, Shower, Bathroom Taps, Angle Valves, Drains

Included in base rate:
• Main Door: Up to ₹50,000 (MS/SS/Teak Wood)
• Internal Doors: Membrane doors with PVC lamination up to ₹5,000 per door

Bedroom & Balcony Flooring: Up to ₹40/sqft included
(Any upgrades will be adjusted in final cost)

Included: Basic LED Lights & Earthing as per electrical safety code

Included at no extra charge:
• Compound Gate: Up to ₹50,000 (MS/SS/Teak Wood)
• Earthing: As per electrical safety code requirements

Borewell: Not included in construction cost.
Borewell work is directly handled by specialized vendors.
